The Role

As our AI Support Engineer, you’ll help keep our production AI agents running smoothly. This is a hands-on reliability and operations role focused on fast triage, high-signal debugging, prompt/config improvements, and lightweight code changes based on real customer needs.

You’ll work closely with the CTO and engineering team to identify failures early, fix issues quickly, and prevent repeat incidents. This is a great fit for someone who likes debugging real systems, iterating quickly, and learning how AI agents behave in production.
