About Us

Winning the deal is just Day 0. We built the system for everything that comes next.

Cora is a team of AI agents that understand what's happening across every customer account and take action to drive retention and growth. Not another dashboard. Actual agents that drive onboarding forward, catch adoption risks early, build the ROI story before someone asks for it, and protect renewals before they're at risk.

We're backed by legendary investors, and companies like Coursera, Dialpad, Flock Safety, BetterUp and more already trust Cora to run their post-sales operations. We launched out of stealth in March 2026 and we're growing fast.

The Role

Most engineering roles are "one capability, many customers." This one is the opposite. You'll own a small set of accounts end to end and do whatever it takes to make Cora work for them: sitting with their team, learning how they actually run post-sales, wiring our agents into their data and tools, and not stopping until the thing is live and driving outcomes.

Think of it as running a startup inside each account. You'll scope the problem, build the solution against real customer systems, prove it works, and ship it. Then you'll take everything you learned in the field and push it back into the core product so the next deployment is faster.

You'll report directly to our CTO and partner closely with GTM. When a prospect isn't sure Cora will work for their setup, you're the person who goes in and proves it will. Early on you'll do this hands-on. Over time you'll shape how the whole deployment function works.

This is an engineering role, not a consulting one. Think of our Deployments Lead as the AI PM for an account and this role as the engineering counterpart: they own the motion and the customer relationship, you build and ship the code. You're comfortable in a customer's data warehouse and in our codebase, and the things you build in the field ship into the product.
