The Role

As our Founding Product Designer, you will define how Cora comes to life for our customers—shaping the workflows, interfaces, and moments that will define how post-sales teams operate in the age of AI. You will work directly with the CEO and CTO to bring our product vision to life, own our end-to-end design system, and play a critical role in setting the bar for design quality, speed, and customer empathy.

You’ll have significant influence over our roadmap, the user experience across surfaces (Slack, web, in-app, Teams), and help establish our design culture from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Design intuitive, elegant user experiences that translate complex post-sales workflows into simple, delightful product surfaces.
• Lead end-to-end product design across web experiences, Slack, and Teams, from user journeys to prototypes and high-fidelity UI
• Work closely with engineering to ship fast while maintaining a high bar for polish and usability.
• Shape our design system and visual language to reflect our brand and product values.
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, test hypotheses, and iterate rapidly.
• Help shape our product strategy by synthesizing user needs, market trends, and Cora’s unique perspective into compelling product experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of product design experience, ideally at high-growth startups or in building 0→1 products.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to break down complex workflows and design elegant, user-centric solutions.
• Demonstrated experience designing SaaS products, workflow tools, or AI-powered applications.
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent tools for designing and prototyping.
• A strong product sense and customer obsession, with a bias toward action and iterating quickly based on user feedback.
