- For engineers, no leetcode puzzles or algorithmic trick questions; focus on system design, technical judgment, and communication
Co-founder Interview (45 mins)
- Meet with another co-founder
- Reflect on learnings from past startup experiences
- Focus on values and culture alignment
- Discuss company vision, roadmap, and your potential impact

- Brief conversations with 2 professional references
